I remember Winston as having a great sense of humor, as well as being good-natured and endlessly curious. I recall him saying that he majored in Animal Husbandry (specilizing in chickens) at UC Davis because it was a topic he knew absolutely nothing about--and therefore he'd maximize his learning majoring in that field. He eventually found his true calling studying the culinary arts to become a chef. I understand that for some time, he was Glenn Close's personal chef, but tired of the traveling and subsequently accepted a position developing menus for United Airlines. We lost you too soon, Winston, and may you rest in peace.
